“ Thanks to the Google reviews, I decided to drive up there and place a to-go order as it was only a few miles north of our cabin. INCREDIBLY moist pulled pork and brisket that was vacuum-sealed after preparation with its cooking juices to hold the flavor until we ate it. The sides were as homemade as possible plus seasoned well; deviled egg potato salad, beans, coleslaw, corn, okra, fries, amazingly delicious. I attached the menu to this review so you can call ahead if you prefer. Give them an hour for group to-go orders; they make it all FRESH! Skip the fancy places and pull into this gas station/bait shop with some of the best BBQ you have ever had. Dallas and Tulsa approved! :) ”

“ This was quite an experience. It’s like 11 miles north of Hochatown, not really in Broken Bow as their address suggests. And it’s a total dive place—like the most dive place we’ve been to in our 60 years. Honestly, we almost turned around once we saw it. But given the reviews and the drive we’d just made and our level of hunger, we decided to give it a try. And wow, were we glad we did! The staff was super friendly, service was fantastic, and the BBQ, sauces, and sides were top notch. One of the best BBQ meals we’ve ever had. We asked for the fries to be extra crispy and they might be the best fries we’ve ever had—very well seasoned. The grilled Mac n cheese was superb and all of the meat was super tasty. What a great Oklahoma experience! So glad we went. ”
